What is it?

Culture and people is one of the foundations on which we will build the Future at Lloyd’s. This will be a marketplace of high-performing people with a diverse range of skills and experiences, working with pride in an inclusive and trusting environment.

How we will
deliver Phase I

  • The Future at Lloyd’s will continue to develop a model office. Some opportunities will be developed for the Corporation of Lloyd’s, others will be developed for the Future at Lloyd’s and adapted for the Corporation
  • Delivery of initiatives in culture and people will be brought under the Corporation’s human resources department post
