The Future at Lloyd’s is building the most customer-obsessed and advanced insurance marketplace in the world; a market where everyone involved plays their part in sharing risk to create a braver world.
It’s more than a vision. It’s a promise to every customer, employee and participant in our ecosystem that Lloyd’s is not only looking ahead but moving – purposefully – into the future.
The Future at Lloyd’s is our ambitious, transformational strategy. We’re looking for innovators and inventors with the expertise to shape the future of our market.
We have created a blueprint for how we’ll enable a braver world; powered by people and data. Now we want to move from blueprint to execution, combining new technology and new ways of working with our existing strengths to transform the culture we work in and everything we do – from placing risks and paying claims to attracting capital and developing new products.
We need curious minds with a range of experiences, outlooks and attitudes; people with the drive and determination to seize the chance we have to build a relevant and successful market for the future.
You don’t need to be an expert in insurance for all our roles. Whether your passion lies in data analysis, AI, design or project management, we’re looking for people who will build on 330 years of history to create the Future at Lloyd’s.
There are four ways to participate in the Future at Lloyd's
